What to do with all of these sails!? Our pretty wooden sailboat was a race boat in a past life (believe it or not!), and she came with many custom race sails. When you're cruising, especially with children aboard, you are not constantly changing your sails every time the wind shifts. Instead of throwing these lovelies to the landfill I decided to try my luck at making some good lookin' sailbags. I'd say they turned out pretty well! They are wonderful beach bags or market totes.
